- Device type, browser, operating system and IP address
- Pages visited, time spent and links clicked on our websites
- Location data (only when you explicitly permit it during a booking)

- Corporate account details provided by your employer or travel administrator
- Booking data passed through API integrations (travel aggregators, HRMS platforms)

- To process, confirm, dispatch and complete your cab bookings
- To communicate booking confirmations, trip updates and driver details via SMS, email or WhatsApp
- To generate invoices, receipts and billing statements for corporate accounts
- To provide customer support and resolve disputes
- To verify vendor and driver identities and manage their accounts
- To improve our platform, detect fraud and ensure safety
- To send transactional messages and, where you have opted in, promotional communications
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Vendors & Drivers: Your name, contact number and trip details are shared with the assigned cab vendor and driver to fulfil your booking.
- Corporate Administrators: If your booking is made under a corporate account, your travel details may be visible to your company's authorised administrators.
- Payment Gateway: Billing information is transmitted to our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) for secure payment processing, subject to their privacy policy.
- Technology Service Providers: SMS, email, WhatsApp delivery, and cloud infrastructure providers who process data solely on our instructions.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order or government authority.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Trip records and invoices are retained for a minimum of 7 years to meet GST and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by writing to us.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, secure server infrastructure and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying you promptly in the event of a data breach affecting your rights.

Under applicable Indian privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain

Location access is requested only when you initiate a booking or use the live tracking feature. Location data is used solely to match you with nearby vehicles and track your trip. We do not store precise historical location data beyond 7 days from trip completion.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us for immediate deletion.
